30-DAY RETURNS & RESIZES
Returns - your satisfaction is very important to us and thus we insure our products & services with satisfaction guarantees. That is why we offer 30-days to return your order for exchange or refund.

Resizing - we offer complimentary resizing for our standard 14k ring styles once it is within 30 full calendar days of shipment.
Resize fees - Custom, 18k, Platinum, modified, exclusive promotions rings and rings that require above or below one full ring size for resizing are subject to resize fees.
Certain accented rings will also have limitations on sizing. If you have received a ring that requires resizing, please email us at info@vjlotus.com
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with the original VJ Lotus tag intact (cannot be damaged/cut/removed) and accompanied by all original documentation.
Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry are non- returnable due to their personalized nature.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1) All returns are handled by email only.
Email us to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code.
and return shipping instructions.
2) A representative will be in contact with you via email with all the required information to send back your item(s).
Important Notes:
- Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by our shipping dept.
- We are not responsible for returning items lost or damaged while in transit.
- The condition of the item would be verified & appraised once received.
- Exchanges usually take 5-15 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
- Actual completion time will depend on the item that is being exchanged for.
VJ Lotus Product Terms and Conditions
- Returns without a valid Authorization number (RMA #) or passed the 30 calendar days will not be accepted for return. The package received for return must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The original VJ Lotus tag must not be damaged/cut/removed in order for a return to be accepted. This ensures the original condition and quality of the product.
- All items must be returned in the same new condition as it was sent. Items showing signs of being worn or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, serviced by a jeweller other than VJ Lotus, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
- 18k gold, platinum, engrave items, promotional sale and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Custom/Customized orders and Platinum orders are Final Sale.
- Deposits payments on custom orders or Platinum orders.
- Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.
- Fees for CAD renderings on custom orders are non-refundable.
- Earrings are not returnable; however, due to hygiene and safety issues.
- Rush fees are non-refundable. Complimentary Priority shipping and RUSH Fees will be deducted from the purchase amount if the item(s) are returned.
- Since shipping is complimentary on all North American purchases you will be refunded the purchase amount minus $49.99 original shipping, handling, and packaging costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable as these are paid directly to shipping couriers and not from VJ Lotus directly. This also includes return shipping charges from refused packages.
