At VJ Lotus Jewelry Designs we're committed to making your entire experience a pleasant one, from beginning (shopping) to end (shipping).

Shipping

Fast Free Shipping is offered on every order. Our Insured Shipping box is shipped in discreet packaging that would not give away what’s inside.

Packaging Details

All items are shipped using our signature packaging; however, engagement rings arrive in an elegant presentation box - ready for proposal. This is accompanied with an appraisal certificate and GIA diamond grading report (as requested).

Other Alternate Delivery Options

We are all in for surprises, therefore we can deliver your surprise to an alternate address. Note - this will be at the customers risk only and we are not responsible for alternate delivery options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a team member would be sharing the tracking number from our third party shipper. You would then be able to track your package. 

Signature Requirements for Delivery

Your package would be delivered within 10 to 20 business days of shipping (Canada). Note a signature is always required.

When can I expect my Delivery?

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Since our products are hand made we would have the finished product ready within 8 - 10 business days.

Special Orders, Made-To-Order & Non-Stocked Ring Sizes

• Platinum rings (made-to-order)

14 to 20 business days to complete, plus shipping time.

• Center size 1.50 & more (Special Order)

14 to 20 business days to complete, plus shipping time.

• Ring sizes (below 4 and above 8)

12 - 15 business days to complete, plus shipping time.
